The MPIA welcomes Bakehouse to its membership and the Meatpacking District! The recently opened Bakehouse is a French bistro and bar located on Horatio Street, just west of Washington Street. Beginning next week, January 16th, 5 Ninth will be opening at 8:00am from Monday - Friday, to serve their new Cafe Menu; featuring breakfast snacks, teas, Stumptown Coffee and more! 5 Ninth will also be featuring free WiFi all day for those ordering on the cafe menu.

What We Do
The MPIA was created with the intention of partnering with the NYC Department of Transportation (NYC DOT) to redesign, manage and maintain the public spaces of our neighborhood, while continuing to represent and promote the area’s business interests, produce events and manage a marketing and public relations campaign for the neighborhood.
