On Tuesday, The NY Times covered how the High Line has inspired development along its stretch of Western land, from Gansevoort to 33rd Streets. While the recession delayed and caused problems for some developments, there has been a good amount of construction starting and resuming recently, as well as land changing hands. Look forward to some great new commercial buildings along the High Line below 14th Street, and lots of new options for housing above 14th Street. Check out the article here.
