This holiday season, the Meatpacking District is thrilled to partner with Baccarat to illuminate the neighborhood in a brilliant new way.

Along Ninth Avenue

Our beloved snowpeople, dandelions, and colonnade return along Ninth Avenue, joined this year by a breathtaking new centerpiece: a Baccarat chandelier installation at 14th Street Square. Standing at the corner of Ninth Avenue and 14th Street, the striking Zenith Chandelier features more than 3,000 pendants, including 2,000 crafted in Baccarat’s signature red crystal, a distinct hue created by fusing clear crystal with 24-karat gold powder. Together, this installation brings timeless craftsmanship and contemporary urban design into one radiant experience.

The collaboration arrives at a milestone moment, as Baccarat celebrates the opening of its new flagship boutique at 33 Ninth Avenue, right here in the district. Inside, visitors will discover a dynamic space for design, art, and cultural encounters, showcasing the maison’s most emblematic and newest collections, exclusive collaborations, bespoke pieces, and rotating installations.

Now in its fifth year, Lights on the Cobbles Presented by Baccarat invites visitors and locals alike to experience festive luxury in an open-air setting where high design meets the joyful energy of the season. Creators, shoppers, neighbors, and the broader community are all welcome to take in the glow, capture their favorite moments, and immerse themselves in the “see + be seen” magic that defines the holidays in Meatpacking.
