Join us at the 11th Annual Meeting of the Meatpacking District Management Association (Meatpacking BID), hosted by the High Line. Get informed about and involved in your neighborhood. Refreshments will be served.

6:30 - 7 pm: Check-in + networking

7 - 8 pm: Program

8 - 8:30 pm: Refreshments + networking

The agenda will include:

• Review of the past year and a glimpse of the year ahead
• Remarks from speakers
• Vote on the Board of Directors
• Refreshments and networking with friends and neighbors

Admission to the Annual Meeting is prioritized for BID members and registered BID members located within our official boundaries: from the north side of Horatio Street to the south side of West 17th Street, and from Eighth Avenue to the West Side Highway.

All entities wishing to be eligible to vote at the annual meeting must be registered as members of the BID by September 26, 2026. To vote at the Annual Meeting, you must be officially registered with the BID. For voting purposes, there may only be one vote-holder per property/commercial tenant/residential unit within the BID boundaries.
