This Thanksgiving enjoy a selection of delicious holiday specials at Catch NYC. Catch has something for everyone, offering a thoughtful selection of seafood, meat, vegetarian and vegan options. Crowd favorites include the signature CATCH Roll (crab, salmon and miso-honey), Truffle Sashimi (tuna, hamachi, chili ponzu, caviar, black truffle purée), A5 Japanese Miyazaki Wagyu (yuzu, soy, garlic oil, maldon sea salt, sesame, cooked tableside on CATCH signature hot stone) and Mushroom Spaghetti (wild mushroom, sugar snap peas, tomato, parmesan – vegan upon request).
In addition to the full a la carte menu, Thanksgiving dishes will include:
- Roasted Kabocha Stuffed Pasta (tempura sage and pumpkin seed spiced powder)
- Roasted Turkey for Two (brussels sprouts, truffle stuffing, and turkey jus)
- Fully Loaded Whole Sweet Potato (marshmallows, pecans, cinnamon and brown sugar bacon)
- Toasted Gingerbread Cake (maple butter cream, cranberry compote, and brown butter ice cream)
Pair each dish with a drink from CATCH NYC’s beverage program which is packed with handcrafted signature cocktails, curated wine selections and a global beer list. Popular cocktails include the Kali (jalepeño-infused herradura silver, grand marnier, campari, passionfruit, orange), Tom & Berry (belvedere vodka, svol aquavit, st. germaine, strawberry, grape tomato, celery bitters) and Meatpacking Manhattan (woodford reserve rye, dry curacao, cynar, ratafia cherry, lillet blanc).
