The streets of Meatpacking are getting into the fall spirit! Join us on Saturday, October 30 from 11am – 5pm for kid and adult friendly treats, games and activities, live music, and the 3rd Annual Meatpacking Doggie Costume Contest! 

Stores and restaurants will be open throughout the neighborhood with treats and delights at every stop.

ACTIVITIES THROUGHOUT THE DAY

Games and activities can be enjoyed throughout the neighborhood such as pumpkin decorating, pumpkin ring toss, pumpkin tic-tac-toe, and corn hole along with the scheduled activities below: 

  • 11am: Live music on Gansevoort Plaza and W 13th Street 
  • 12pm: Drag Queen Story Hour on Gansevoort Plaza
  • 1pm: Drag Queen Story Hour on Little West 12th Street
  • 2pm: The Meatpacking District’s 3rd Annual Doggie Costume Contest on Little W 12th Street. Grand prize is an overnight stay at the dog-friendly Gansevoort Hotel! Early registration for pups now open. Onsite registration will be available until 1:30pm on October 30. 
  • 3pm: Spooky Story Time at the Google Store

 

DESIGN EXPO

In addition to activities throughout the district, West 13th Street will host the Future Streets Design Expo, an event highlighting manufacturers creating products for the future of New York City’s streets and public outdoor spaces including outdoor dining modules, parklets, secure bike storage, and other items.
