Jack’s Stir Brew at Rag + Bone

“ We don’t sell coffee… we sell an experience” This blend begins at a farm in the Dominican Republic that Jack first visited in 2002 after reaching out to friend Julia Alvarez. It also contains a mix of coffee from Mexico, Peru and Sumatra. Jack’s was the first company in New York to exclusively serve o rganic, fair trade, and shade grown c offee. We roast our own coffee locally in New Jersey. At Jack’s we carry just one roast of coffee: Jack’s Stir Brew Roast. It is a dark Italian-roast, with a big, rich flavor, a full body and smooth finish. It is roasted long and slow to caramelize the sugars and mellow the acidity. When creating this proprietary roast we took extra efforts to create a blend that worked for both our Stirbrewer and espresso machine. The common misconception is that espresso is a bean or roast when it is actually a brewing method.
