Untitled is a contemporary American restaurant from Danny Meyer’s Union Square Hospitality Group, helmed by Executive Chef Suzanne Cupps and located at the Whitney Museum of American Art, designed by Renzo Piano. Chef Cupps’ cooking features local, seasonal ingredients prepared with subtle global influence, from Southeast Asia to the American South. Wine is overseen by Master Sommelier Michael Engelmann, and shares the kitchen’s commitment to seasonal evolution and passionate producers. Between the High Line and the Hudson River, Untitled occupies a vibrant, glass-enclosed space on the ground floor of the striking museum building, integrating seamlessly with the sunny public plaza that it overlooks. The restaurant is open daily for lunch and dinner, weekend brunch, and daily coffee and pastries in the morning, with a dedicated entrance on Gansevoort Street.
