It’s spooky season and the neighborhood has options for all your Halloween moods. Here’s what’s happening around the nabe for the day/night.
Howl-ween-The Halloween Moon Cake is back at Insomnia Cookies. The perfect treat for any holiday festivities.
Eerily delicious– Try Creamline‘s #SpookyShake made with Oreos, Peanut Butter, and Black Fudge. Available now through Halloween.
Terrifyingly Tasty– Stop by and grab some Scream Cheese from Saxelby Cheese.
Halloween at the Whitney – Head to the Whitney for a special after-hours surreal pop circus Halloween celebration. This event includes dancing, performances by House of Yes, artmaking, and access to the Museum’s current exhibitions. Festive attire and artful costumes are encouraged. Whitney Members get in free (two individuals per Membership household). Tickets are $45. Purchase two tickets and you will receive a year of Whitney membership at the Individual level!
Enchanted Forest – Step inside the magical woods and find yourself amongst gnomes and fairies at Common Ground. Wear your best costume to be immersed in the magic and for a chance to win a grand prize.

Trick- or- treat– Restaurants and shops throughout Chelsea Market will be holding a trick-or-treating event at 3 p.m and a live pumpkin carving at 10 am on Halloween.

Halloweekend– From October 31st until November 3rd, enjoy 4 day Dia De Los Muertos celebration dinner party at Bodega Negra complete with a special menu, featured cocktail, and an on-site face painter.
Why so Serious? – Known for lavish brunch celebrations, Bagatelle NYC will have a hauntingly good Halloween weekend with Joker-themed parties in celebration of the new movie release (Thursday night-Sunday brunch).
