Bite of The Moment: The Wild Son
It may be a new decade but the cold, winter weather remains the same! When you’re craving something warm and filling, get cozy at The Wild Son with two of our favorite winter menu options.
The Big Spice Chicken is one the most popular dishes this winter at The Wild Son. It’s a spatch-cocked chicken that is charcoal roasted, served in a spicy chicken jus and seasoned with a house-made hot sauce and shoestring potatoes.
January means soup season and The Wild Son’s chicken soup (AKA “miracle soup”) is a must try! It’s a delightful mix of ginger/turmeric bone-broth with roasted chicken, scarlet quinoa, tuscan kale and house-ferment chili paste. Perfect for helping ward off any illnesses this winter season.
