Do you have a secret morning/breakfast routine or habit? If not, how do you get ready for the day?
When I arrive at the kitchen every morning, the first thing I do is make a large iced coffee with milk (no sugar). I start prepping for the day and usually make a breakfast sandwich along the way. One of my favorites is a buttered bun with a few slices of crispy bacon.
Tell us why will you win the Breakfast Battle!
We’ve created a dish that is both healthy and tasty, which is the best way to start every day. Avocado Toast had a moment this past year, but I think ours has an extra kick which makes it especially delicious!
What’s your favorite breakfast cocktail or beverage? Any reason?
I’m into pressed juices, and we started making our own at Soho House. The Mean Green (kale, green apple, ginger, and lemon) is my favorite.
