New year, new you, am I right? If you’re like most people, losing weight seems to top the list of common “New Year resolutions” every year. It’s also traditionally the most often and quickest to be broken! As the new year begins, and with fitness and wellness topping the list, we’re guiding you through a day packed with several ways kick those goals into high gear and on the path to success.
6am – Get the day started with a music pumping, high intensity, full body workout at Kore. Think fitness meets club. Your co-workers might hate you for having the most energy in the morning (and a rockin bod) but you’ll be feeling confident and #sexyaf.

You’ll return to the office in a zen-like state ready to take on whatever comes your way.
