MPA's community classes are designed to give you a taste of the squad experience — expect erg machines, free weights, and core movements in a supportive, social setting. 55-minute workout + 15 minutes for coffee.
Wear black and stick around after class for complimentary coffee + good conversation. All fitness levels welcome.
$10 refundable deposit applies, you will be refunded the $10 after attendance to class! If you cancel up to 12 hours before class, you will also be refunded!
