Meatpacking Has Weekend Plans

Fashion Week may be behind us, but some of it is sticking around. DVF’s SS27 collection has moved from the runway to the flagship, giving you a chance to see what’s coming next up close. Saturday looks a little more Bavarian beneath the High Line. The Standard Biergarten kicks off Oktoberfest with pretzels, sausages, beer and a live Oompa band. Test your strength at the high striker or enter the stein-holding competition for a chance at food and drink prizes. Oktoberfest continues through October 3.

Urban Bear NYC marks its 18th year with events across the city, including Bear Invasion at the Whitney on Friday. On Sunday, the annual Street Fair returns to Little West 12th Street from 1–7 PM, bringing DJs, drag performances, food, drinks and community organizations to the cobblestones.
